At Superior Repairs (SRMR), we believe your vehicle deserves the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. Our Customer Care Policy is designed to give you peace of mind and confidence when choosing us for your reconditioning needs.
1. Service Guarantee
We take pride in our workmanship. All services performed by Superior Repairs are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 30 days from the date of service.
If you believe your repair does not meet professional standards, contact us within the guarantee period. We will inspect the work at no additional cost. If the issue is determined to be a result of workmanship, we will re-perform or correct the service free of charge.
2. Refund Policy
Because Superior Repairs provides specialty, labor-based repair services, refunds are generally not issued once work has been completed. However:
If service cannot be performed as scheduled due to SRMR’s circumstances, a full refund of any pre-paid feeswill be issued.
Refunds are not available if the customer chooses not to proceed after service has already begun.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover allocated time and resources.
3. Limited Warranty
Paint Repair
Covers peeling, flaking, or lifting of paint applied by SRMR during the service.
Excludes new damage from rock chips, debris, environmental factors, or misuse.
Dent Repair
Covers dents or dings that reappear due to improper workmanship.
Excludes new impacts, accidents, or body structure issues.
Wheel Repair
Covers workmanship defects on refinished or reconditioned wheels.
Excludes new curb damage, corrosion from road salts, or damage from third-party tire work.
Interior Repair
Covers peeling, separation, or cracking of materials applied by SRMR.
Excludes new tears, burns, spills, abuse, or normal wear.
Detailing
Due to the nature of detailing, results are not warrantied. Environmental and usage factors are beyond SRMR’s control.
4. General Exclusions
This guarantee and warranty do not cover:
Pre-existing damage not addressed during service.
Environmental factors (weather, UV, road salt, chemicals).
Misuse, neglect, or accidents after service.
Alterations or repairs attempted by another provider.
5. Remedies
If SRMR determines an issue is covered under this warranty, we will, at our option:
Re-perform the repair at no additional cost, or
Provide a partial refund equal to the cost of the defective portion of the work.
6. Limit of Liability
The customer’s sole remedy under this policy is limited to re-performance of the service or a partial refund. SRMR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, diminished value, or rental car costs.
7. Governing Law
This Customer Care Policy is governed by the laws of North Carolina and Tennessee.
